Where does Shrimps ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
How should I care for my faux-fur and beaded items?
To maintain the longevity of your Shrimps pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning for faux-fur and spot cleaning with a soft, damp cloth for our signature beaded bags.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
