At Shrimps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 28 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Shrimps designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
